Rundll error message

    When booting up Win98SE, I have started to receive a Rundll message:
    Error in C:\Windows\System\Shellext|target.dll
    Missing entry: CD PlayNotify

    As far as I can tell, this does not effect the functioning of the machine, but it is curious and moderately annoying. I have a dim recollection of downloading something fairly recently, but I don't remember what. There is nothing in Search on this BBS for this particular message.
    Any suggestions?
