98 Start Button Name Change

How can I change my Windows 98 Start Button Name ??

Remove the Start Banner on the Taskbar (All Windows) Popular

Hide the bouncing arrow and the "Click Here to Begin" caption that appear on the taskbar when you start Windows.

Open your registry and find or create the key below.

Create a new Binary value, or modify the existing value, called "NoStartBanner" and set it according to the value data below.

I wonder why anyone would want to change the start button

Yeah, I have. Why??? It was the middle of winter, 15 (F) below zero and the fish weren't biting. What better reason?

So If you dont mind did you change the word start
did you change words windows ? once start is clicked ?

Still sounds like major surgery to me and darn it dont snow here
