logon box

I got rid of my logon box in winme.now i would like to get it back.can anyone help?

 

I can think of three places I'd try. First, I'd try control panel > network and change your primary network logon back to "Client for Microsfot Networks" and see if that gives you back your logon window. If that didn't do it, then try control panel > users and then set up a password for yourself and any other users. Finally control panel > passwords > user profiles and check "users can customize their preferences, etc." I'll bet one of more of those places will give you what you want

Did any of the sugestions work?

My son deleted login box, and now cannot get on the inhouse net, (and cannot use the printer).

Any additional help appreciated.
