    Hi Y'All

I was playing around with form fields in a document template, then I decided not to use form fields and I removed them all (I've double checked - they are all gone).

The problem is that the forms toolbar won't go away. I close it and save the template, but it comes back every time.

That means it also comes up on any document based on the template.

Any ideas on how to get rid of it would be appreciated.

    Cheers

    John

Have you gone into View->Toolbars and UNchecked Forms?

Yes, I did do that, but it still came back.

It's as if the .dot is now somehow recognized as a "form ".

    Thanks anyway for your response.
