no sound on windows media player

    can anyone help me please i get no sound from my windows
    media player the volume is turned up not muted my sound
    icon volume is up not muted i installed the latest version of the player and still get no sound can anyone help me to get sound
    i dont get it when i try to listen to internet radio or videos on
    launch radio

    Can you able to listen to any other sound from different software? Can you hear any sound when you starting your Windows?
