I don't have a big problem but I can't seem to get to get the margins set the way I want in a word processing document. When I go to "Page Setup" I know the default margins are 1" top and bottom, and 1.25" left and right - and I can go in and change all of those numbers to what I want - and it all works except "Top ". If I want to get the first line closer than 1" to the top of the page I can change the setting in Page Setup, and the "Preview" pane shows the first line right up at the top of the page but when I go back to the "document" the typing cursor is still 1" from the top of the page and I can't move it up any higher. I thought well, maybe it doesn't show it any higher but it will print higher. Nope. So - Am I missing something? I AM clicking "OK" after I make the changes. Cliff

Haven't used Works in a long time but if it's anything like Word look for Header in the page setup and reduce the size of that.

If that doesn't work I'm sure someone will be along to help that knows more about Works.

I got it figured out with a friend's help. To set the top margin to 1/2 inch, you have to set the "header" to 0.
