My new computer came with a free 30-day trial of McAfee. Now that the 30 days are up I want to turn off McAfee and turn on Defender for both my antivirus and firewall. I'm new to Windows 11 (my old computer had Windows 7) and I can't figure out how to do this. Any assistance will be appreciated.

    See here...
    Google Search
Basically go to Control Panel > Programs & Features - locate McAfee and click on Uninstal. Windows Defender should activate by default.

That worked! Almost seemed too easy. Thanks for the help.
