Hi, I have an ASUS laptop A516JA running windows 11.
When I turn the laptop on it will only open up the BIOS screen. If I exit the BIOS the screen goes dark and 30 seconds later it opens the BIOS screen again. I cannot get it to boot into Windows.

    Any help will gratefully received.

No it's probably 5 years old now. It's worked absolutely fine until Saturday just gone.

That video didn't really help, but thank you for tsking the time to post it. I did notice that the boot section of my BIOS looks different. I've included a photo.

    Hi,

Is the storage device listed in the BIOS under the Main section? Do you have a Windows 11 install media USB drive that you can plug in and boot the computer to?
