Update KB5034441 results in error 0x80070643

    I'm preparing to go away from home and take the LapTop with me. I went to Windows Update and paused the updates to avoid the update history to fill up with failed KB5034441s. Next, I went to the update history and was surprised to note that only successfully installed updates are listed, not the failed KB5034441s. I wonder if they return when I reenable the updates?

    One thing is for sure though, I will never fully come to grips with Windows Update!

    Back home, when I reenabled automatic updates, it went ahead and installed actual updates for July. KB5034441 was not among them and has not yet reappeared. I have not manually "checked for updates" and maybe KB5034441 will reappear when/if I do ... :rolleyes: ... but I'm sitting on my hands.

    :confused::eek: We are in the 90's here in Florida everyday. Heat index sometimes up to about 115 or more.
