Resolved Logitech unifier

    I downloaded the Logitech Unifier software but the receiver I got from Amazon does not open , tried 3 computers>

    I think we need more info to be able to help with your problem.
    It would also help if you filled in Details about your comp in your Preferences.
    What was the description and part you purchased from Amazon?

    It was just a typical Logitech unifier receiver compatible with any logitech product that displays the Logitech Unifying logo, both of my do

    Are you sure that your issue has been resolved? Certainly doesn't sound like it.
    Have you considered that the receiver may be faulty or the software corrupted?
