Resolved Upgrading to Windows 10 or 11 from Windows 7 Query

    Hello,
    My wife (who is 76 years age) needs to upgrade her computer.
    She is using Windows 7 at present and wants the upgrade to be as familiar in usage as Win7.
    In your opinions, would it be best for her to upgrade to Win10 (for perhaps the short period to 2025 when Microsoft stop service updates) so as the change is not too much, and then upgrade to Win11.... or should she upgrade straight to Win11.
    Any advice please.

    I would go straight to 11. No sense in shocking her twice.

    I agree. Wife went from 10 to 11 with new computer and it was pretty easy. Not much difference in the layout

    The Start process is completely different, so my advice is to make the change and take time to accept the new system.
    I would endorse Steve and MrBill's Posts.
