allow msn chat

ISA on windows 2000 advanced server.
Protocol rule for msn: 1863 tcp outbound
IP packet filter: MSN tcp Direction-both dynamic
remote port fixed
remote port 1863
Protocol Rule for MSN allow 24 hours a day
Site and Content rule: allow 24 hours
Bandwidth rule: 5 out of 200.

I can use Yahoo and aol, but not msn chat

 

I have it so it works after 5pm until 7 am. Previously all chat was denied from 7 to 5.

My problem is I have to open it to a group with limited band width during the day.

I set up a bandwidth rule for 10 for the chat group. To the destination set which has *.aol.com and *.pager.yahoo.com and the ip address of msn chat 64.4....

I changed my site & content applied to the no chat from 7 to5
I changed my protocol rule applied to the no chat from 7 to 5

Now my chat group can chat on aol or yahoo but not msn.

When I set up a group denying chat, do I also set up a rule when chat is allowed? what about bandwidth rule. Since my chat group is set to 10 from 7 to 5, do I have to set one up for the evening hours?
