Resolved Outlook.com "format" changed?

Hello all!
Not sure what happened or how this was changed (I didn't change anything), bit I find it annoying.
When opening Outook.com to read my emails, there used to be a "trash can" located near the sender name (and next to any attachment if included). I could click on that trash can to delete it immediately without have to choose the radio dial and then choosing the delete option at the top (where the options show what to do with the chosen email).
While the trash can will still appear if I hover over the email, it shows way over to the right of the email and is not permanent.
I suspect this may be a permanent change, but thought I'd ask and see if I could "fix" it (easily as I'm not the best computer operator!lol)
I've attached a screen shot, but it doesn't show the trash can as it doesn't appear unless I'm "hovering" over the email.

I went into my settings to see if anything had changed, nope, still listed as what I had selected eons ago! But did notice the info the top....and this is exactly the way it used to be! (Quick actions location)

 

Took some time this morning to do some research on this issue. Appears to have been a change made by MS. Looks like I'm not the only one who doesn't like the new UI! outlook.live.com quick actions moved to far right of email and I - Microsoft Community. I have submitted my feedback to MS as well. Hope they change it back!!
