I keep receiving these emails from (supposedly Facebook) "A user just logged into your Facebook account from a new device Samsung S21. We are sending you this email to verify it's really you." I have read where this is not really from Facebook, so I have attempted to "block" receiving these.
But Outlook.com won't let me add it to the blocked accounts? I have never clicked on any of the options they list "Report the user" or "yes, me". I know I can just delete them (and I do) but wondered if there was a way to stop them from even coming to my account. (They show up in my junk folder, which I suspect they really are!lol)
    Happy Spring!

    Hi Vicki,
since they are very specific " from a new device Samsung S21", do you have that device? if not, i think someone is trying to get in. if it is your device, then click on yes, that will stop it.

No, I do not have that device and after checking Facebook security emails I found "We haven't sent you any emails about security in the past 2 weeks" which really makes me to believe this is a phishing/scam email! Just wish I could stop them from even being sent to me at all! Still find it strange that I can't even add them to my "blocked" senders!

Try this, don't block them from inside outlook, go to the actual e-mail account (hotmail,Google,Yahoo, what have you) and block it there. this way they will not be send to you
