    Hello All,
my wife's computer runs Windows 7 Professional SP1.

It has Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 with Outlook 2010 V14.7268.5000

Outlook has been working fine for years.

She recently changed email account to web based live.outlet.com but also set up the new email account in Windows Outlook and she was getting emails in that (as well as getting them on the web based) but then the Windows Outlook stopped sending and receiving emails and is continually "...not on line"

We have checked that is not set to work off-line.

The web based is working fine, the wifi and internet are working fine.

    (Hope this all makes sense)

Can any body help with advice please?

Google search showed this as a MS quote. Have you done this?
