    Hi all,

I have an NT server ( sp6 ) with users logging in to use their files. The files are only accessible by their username. One problem I am facing now is when user A logged in to access his files, the system freezes up. When the same user used another PC, he is able to use the files with ease. I thought the problem lies with the PC but when user B logged in to that PC, he is able to use the files. Somehow, user A cannot used his PC to access files. He has to use another PC to access.

I did not set any policies on the NT server. Just user security. All PCs are installed with Windows 98 2nd edition. Does WIndows 98 create/store every user profile whenever they logged in?

    Please advice.

    Thanks
    Eric
