How to display all users on lock screen

I recently purchased a new PC with Windows 11. My old PC is a Windows 10 box that is just too slow for me now for my work-at-home job, so I want to create a login for my husband to use on the windows 10 box. I've created a local user. I've created a family user, and nothing will make it show up on the lock screen. Neither of these accounts shows up on the startup screen either so I can't switch users. I really don't want to take hours and hours to delete all the "stuff" on the Windows 10 box, I just want hubby to be able to use his own profile.
