I have a shortcut that launches 'cmd' with a command. I wanted that particular shortcut to have a different icon. Unfortunately, when I set that icon on that shortcut, it changed all cmd icons. How do I change just that one shortcut icon? TIA.

I'm not sure what you attempted to say..... You can only change the if the file has been copied to where the path is pointing.

Don't make a shortcut to cmd with a command.
Make a .bat file or a .cmd file. Then make a shortcut to it. The shortcut icon you choose will be used just for that shotrtcut only.
