Windows Store. Unable to use apps

    This process works in my W10 comp.

    I have noticed many times that if I highlight text, right click and Copy, I may have to use Ctrl V as Paste didn't work.
    I can't explain what the cause may be, but it only causes a couple of seconds delay to use the keyboard.
    I have noticed this occurs mostly when trying to paste in MS Word.
    Is it a big deal?
    I sometimes wonder whether it may be due to using wireless keyboard and mouse?
    As I said, I have not found this quirk a big deal.

    Sean, did you miss my question in Post # 18?
    Did you have any updates prior to this problem showing up?
    I mention this as I have a HP Laptop which always turned the Volume to Max when an Auto MS update installed.

    LockApp.exe is a part of the Windows 10 operating system and is responsible for displaying the lock screen

    No, its been like this since I got the PC.

    I tried using command prompt (Admin) and got this message: You'll need a new appto open this MS Store Link

    I have tried and tried, run command prompts (Admin)-WSReset.exe: got the pop up - 'you need a new app to open this ms windows store'!, run powershell (Admin): get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}- it runs and then puts up loads of things failed in red! Because it's hard to upload a simple paint picture to show you it's hard to explain.

    I don't know what else I can do?
