My Covid 19 vaccination card measures 3 inches high by 4 inches wide. I would like to change that to 2 inches high by 3 inches wide so it would fit in a credit card slot in my wallet after I laminate it. I scanned it into my computer but I can't figure out how to change the size so it will print out the correct size. I know I can just keep a photo of it on my smartphone, but I would like to have a hard copy as well I can carry with me. My printer is a Canon MX922. Thanks for any assistance.

Open the picture with something like MS Paint and use the RESIZE function.

Be sure and don't laminate the original. If we start having to get booster shots they need to be able to write on the card.
