I have a a dual monitor setup configured as an extended display. When I power up the CPU, a start logo and the Win10 Blue Blocks logo will appear on one monitor but then the Win10 log in screen and my personal login appear on the other screen which eventually ends up being my main screen. Don't understand why.

Mine does the same thing. It has to do with the graphic's solutions default settings which are loaded first as part of your hardware's boot process. Then, once your boot drive is touched, the graphics solutions drivers are loaded where the OS has assigned the other monitor as primary. You can change it all by messing with cable connections, but personally, I would not bother.

Thanks, I believe that is the best solution.
