connecting 2 pc's

Is it possible to connect 2 PC's together using a single, double-headed USB cable?
Which PC will have control (or both)?
Willl Copy/Paste commands work when moving data from 1 pc to the other.?

HOLD everything Clif
If you connect 2 comps with a normal USB Female to Female lead you WILL do severe damage to the comps.
MS used to have a special cable with a control circuit board in the middle of the cable to enable Data transfer between comps.
Syncing is the norm today and Networking.
