VPN cant get e-mail

    Hi Guys, can anybody tell me why I cannot connect to mail.com with my VPN on although I can connect to Bigpond and Hotmail OK ?

    Which VPN are you using? Make sure your POP/IMAP ports are allowed through. Also check/change ports/settings (yes/no for SSL) in your client.
