If you don't have it, download ad-aware and/or spybot. This may be caused a a third party plug-in (xupiter) that will be detected by one of these programs- if so, remove it. Also, try doing a repair on IE. Go to control panel->add/remove programs and then click on internet explorer- you should be given an option to run a repair.

    Hope this helps!

    cbbarre Hi

Does this happen every time ? when first starting ie ?
Does the message say if you continue to have problems restart you computer ? can you continue withuot restarting ?

You should tellus the versions of both ie and windows,
Maybe to how you connect , is it with another ie type browser ?

cbbarre--As lonnyjones1 has said, we may need more info on what you are running.
Here is one MS Knowledge Base article on the symptoms you mention, but it may not apply to your PC
