I have run into an issue after successfully setting up RDP on my office computers. There is one computer that will not log in. It keeps asking for the credentials. The Username and password are correct so I am baffled.

Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks

Double check the new port settings and the user name.

I have added another machine to the office network and find that I cannot connect to it either. There is one thing in common on these 2 machines that is not the case on the others. Windows Hello PIN option is not available. The rest of the computers all are enabled. Strange thing is, both machines have a password and pin

So the two computers boot up and NO log in is required?
If so, if you adjust that, you'll probably be good to go.

Is that computer set to listen for RDP on that specified port?
You cannot just use router port forwarding for multiple RDP computers unless you change the RDP ports on all computers to unique ones.

This must be done by editing the registry:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/wi...esktop-services/clients/change-listening-port
then adding separate fort forwards for each comp in the router.

If don't do that you will for sure have problems unless you have a unique WAN IP address for each computer.

Hi Tony: All units have unique port numbers. I have also tried by disabling Network Level Authentication on these computers, but it is still not working. The frustrating issue is that it is only these 2 out of 9

Didn't you use port 3390 on a different machine....or are you recycling the picture?

    I was recycling the image

I have gone to plan B with a remote service I subscribe to. The service has granted a number of free licenses to clients for 90 days.

    Thanks for all help
