I have a small office of 6 computers where all staff has been directed to work from home. All are Win 10 Pro. Remote desktop is enabled and set up identically on each machine.

Problem is, I am only able to remotely connect to one successfully. When I enter the UN & PW for any one of the other machines, I am returned to the RDP login window asking for the password again.

One of the machines has 2 users but I am trying to log in with the UN as shown in the RDP settings page but not having any success.

Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks

Your office router is probably only forwarding RDP requests to that one computer. To be able to connect to the other 5 computers you'll need to change the RDP ports on those computers and configure the router to forward to each of them.

    Thank you, both.

I tried changing a port on one machine but still wasn't successful. Is there a numbering rule for changing the port? I changed one machine from 3389 to 3390

I figured it out through settings in the router. Thanks for your help.
