I have 5 Win 10 computers running SyncBack Pro. I have set the log file to be emailed to me if there is an error. On 3 machines, it works fine. On the other two, I get an error as you can see in the image.

If I enable Debug mode on the machines that cannot send the email, SB will send mail. When it is not in Debug mode, it will not send.

The two machines that cannot send the email are Win 10 Home, 32 bit.

The other three machines are W10 64 bit. Two are W10 Pro and one is W10 Home.

Support cannot replicate the problem and doesn't have a suggestion as to where else I might find settings to change to enable the two misfits to send the email.

I have compared the security settings in Internet Options and they are identical.

Hopefully, someone here has a suggestion.

    Thanks

Did you look for SSL/TLS settings and try different ones/or compare the settings to a working machine?

    Thanks for the reply

I changed the Connection Encryption in SB to "Use STARTTLS command" but it didn't make any difference. Using None doe not work at all.

I also compared Security settings in Internet Options through the control panel on working and non-working computers and they are the same.

I am using an Office 365 Exchange email account and all machines are authorized through Office 365 to use the account

I haven't been able to find anything so, it looks like the only thing I can do is leave the debug mode on for those 2 machines so that email will be sent.
If anyone has any other suggestions, it would be most appreciated, thanks
