I know how to use the ignore list to designate a specific file at a specific file path.

I know how to use the ignore list to ignore certain folders at a specific folder path.

    But:
Is there a way to get Windows Defender to ignore a certain file name regardless of where it might be located on a system?

Thanks but I read just about every word and it seems as far as the exclusion list goes, Defender works the same in Server as in Windows 10 Pro, no way to exclude a specific file name regardless of path.

The article did mention wild cards but only as they applied to paths and file names at the end of a path.
