Resolved Win live Mail 2012 will not print or send emails

In have Windows Live Mail 2012 running on Windows 7 professional. A couple of weeks ago it stopped printing emails, and sent emails remain in the Outbox. Receiving emails still works fine. Any suggestions please.

From other Google searches - have you cleared Temp Files etc.?
Might pay to use Ccleaner to see if that will help.

 

i did read this, but that was 5 years ago, my issue only started a couple of weeks ago. I have cleared all temp files, and i use CCleaner on a regular basis. I would like to get it working if possible, but if all else fails, may be time to upgrade my email. Many thanks for your input, appreciated.

 

I have seen this happen before because the ISP had changed the Outgoing Mail numbers to something else and didn't notify the clients. Also, sometimes one bad email address will cause problems.

 

I have checked with my ISP, and there was an issue with outgoing mail, but that has now been rectified. Printing is still an issue though, it's looking more and more like an issue with the LiveMail installation itself.
