Resolved Camera problem

    I have a Dell Optiplex AIO 9020 Windows 10 Pro with an integrated webcam that has severe motion blur. I bought a Panasonic TY-CC10W Webcam. However, I cannot power it up nor can I find this camera except in the device manager, it only works if I have Skype on. It does not show under the USB Port it is plugged into.

    Have you disabled the on board camera? Did the Camera come with software and drivers? Have you checked for updated drivers for it?

    I just found out by trial and error..."That was the problem." You actually gave three possible solutions...disabling the other camera, loading the drivers for software that came with the camera and seeking updated drivers. The problem was disabling the other integrated camera.
