Word wants to send a file as an email

    I have two files titled 1 and 2

    When I open 1, it opens in Word 2016 normally

    When I open 2, it opens in Word 2016 but the Send an email banner with the To, CC and BCC fields open just like in Outlook and I cannot close it.

    Any ideas out there?

    What is the file extension of the second file?

    Is it .DOC or .DOCX or something else?
