Reg Scrup XP-part 2

Can someone give me a direct download for Reg Scrub XP--
Zephyr gave it to me last night but it was through ZD Net and when I tried to install it on my friends computer today ZD was using a 3rd party and it just wasn't the same one I have installed on mine. He is running XP Home.

thanks guys--that "home carolina" was what was coming up and I downloaded it, even the XP site but it didn't act like mine--it kept asking for what kind of "FILTER" I want to use and after a couple of attempts I just quit it.
