I had a yellow icon next to my "Remote Desktop Device Redirector Bus", so I double clicked it and opened the device and it said that something was keeping the driver from functioning properly (that another driver might be performing the function in it's place). I then clicked on the driver tab and uninstalled the driver thinking that when I restarted Windows 7 it would replace the driver and fix the issue. PROBLEM : when I looked in Device Manager after restarting Win 7 the "Remote Desktop Device Redirector Bus" was gone!
How can I fix this and get the System Device "Remote Desktop Device Redirector Bus" back?
Thanks in advance for any/all help!!

I found it!! I was able to add "Remote Desktop Device Redirector Bus" back into the System Devices in Device Manager by looking under the "Action" tab at the top of Device Manager and selecting "Add legacy hardware". I used the Wizard that pops up and selected "Install the hardware that I manually select" option and then next I selected "System Devices" from a list of possible common hardware types, then I clicked next and selected "Microsoft" from a list of "Manufacturer" and found "Remote Desktop Device Redirector Bus" listed there! I just clicked on it and it was added back to the Device Manager!!
