Microsoft has started to offer Windows 10 version 1809 for automatic download on Windows update they announced yesterday:

“We have started our phased rollout of Windows10 v1809 via Windows Update, initially offering the update to devices we believe will have the best update experience based on our next generation machine learning model.”

There are still some upgrade blocks in place due to compatibility issues with certain Intel display drivers, AMD GPU drivers, F5 VPN clients, and Trend Micro’s OfficeScan and Worry-Free Business Security software. Microsoft is still working with its partners to resolve these issues, for more information check out Microsoft’s Windows 10 and Windows Server 2019 update history page.

I became a proud victim yesterday.
I just now see that "Snipping Tools" is going away and is replaced by Snip and Sketch. OH...the joys of new changes.
