First time to you launch Outlook, it will detect OE and ask if you want to import account info & mail/addressbook.

Open OE. Click on tools>accounts. Highlight the account you want to save. Click on Export and browse to your floppy drive.

When you get ready to add it back, go to the same place and click on import and browse to your saved floppy.

You might also want to save your address book, favorites, cookies, etc. Put them all on floppies.
