I didn't knowingly make any changes to my computer but suddenly I get the following message when I try to download anything to it.
I am trying to save to a local D drive and not a network location

"you don't have permission to modify files in this network location"

Permissions have not changed anywhere. I cannot save to any location.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

I have fixed it, I think...

I right clicked on the Downloads folder on the D drive and went to Properties>Security>Advanced

Clicked on my user and changed access to full control. It was set to Modify, Read & Execute, Read, Write

This isn't a setting that I had previously changed so, I have no idea on how it would suddenly cause the problem.
