Is there a limit to the size of an upload?

I see a lot of videos on places like YouTube that are quite lengthy, but I have never be able to upload anything near that big. I am trying to upload a 69MB video to DropBox, and it gets about half way, stops, and says there is an error.

I did manage to upload a 39MB video last week however.

I'm with AT&T for what it's worth (Mr. Bill, you out there?)

Didn't quite know where to post this since I am using Windows 7 and Waterfox.

Different sites have different upload file limits. Video files at Youtube etc. would naturally be big, so they have a larger limit as compared to some mail sites which only offer 2 MB attachment.

Not sure James. I would guess that it would be based on what type of connection that you have with them from what I have read.

So do some ISPs. But these days, that typically means files of several gigabytes, not megabytes.

Email and MMS attachments are different issues.

I think the problem could've been due to Waterfox addons. I rarely use Internet Explorer, but the upload process went off without a hitch after switching to said browser.

    Thanks all!
