    David, welcome! We need more of an explanation and information before correct assistance can be offered. What is your computer doing? Tell us all the symptoms it is showing and tell us when these problems happen.Give us more information about the actual computer too.

    Winver.jpg ] What version of Windows 10 do you have? To find this out go to search and type in winver and when the little box appears click on it. You will be a shown that will look like mine which gives you the information needed.
