Resolved Refreshing desktop & task bar

    I am on Fast release and recently got Win10 ver 1803. The desktop and taskbar frequently refresh. It doesn"t affect any open program other than slowing machine down. Event viewer shows explorer.exe as failing. I copied explorer.exe from a regular Win10 but it still does the same thing.

    Perhaps you should try locating the corrupted file first

    The problem was solved by release of the next update from Microsoft.
