I am using MS Internet Explorer; however, I do not use Outlook Express. How can I remove Outlook Express from my system? I cannot find it listed in the Add/Remove Programs, and when I attempt to delete it from it's folder in PROGRAMS, it comes right back again.

If you're using Win XP with SP1 installed, open the Control Panel, select Add/Remove programs and in the left panel there should be an option to add/remove Windows components.:)

Outlook Express is heavily integrated into Windows and Internet Explorer. As such there is no way to remove it without damaging your OS.

In following Harold7 advise you'll notice that this simply removes OE from the start menu, not from your system. To check this open Add/Remove Components and highlight OE. At the bottom of the window you should see "Adds or removes access to Outlook Express from the Start menu ".
