MS Garage/Mouse without Borders

This utility is installed on many of our pc's however, we have two (W7 Pro and W10 Pro) that issue 2 different errors, and intermittently disconnect/connect. We have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled newest version on both computers, no success. Meanwhile, we duplicated the computer setup and the utility is working great; no errors, no disconnections.

The one error is specific to IP, (IP's are correct) and the second error is related to Symantec port. SEP is our A/V and we have no issues or errors with SEP elsewhere.
