Replace OST file in Outlook office 365

My internet provider, comcast, has now somehow manage to delete my email account twice over the last 6 months. I have a .ost file that's about a month old. I have successfully re-set up my email in Outlook using a current ost file but I would like to use the data from the previous (month old) ost file.

Microsoft tells me Outlook does not support an import of an ost and that I must 1st convert the file to pst. We have tried 3 or 4 pst converters, none of which have converted the entire file. It is also not pointing the old info to the new ost file (so there is an separate data file in Outlook I have to go to find some of the old emails.

Does anyone know of a way to get my backed-up ost file into Outlook so that it carries in my calendar, contacts, and inbox?
Is there a recommended ost to pst converter?

Hello, and thank you. We have tried all sorts of things, googled things....not sure if we found this link above, but I just tried to click on mail in my control panel...it says it doesn't exist. I wonder if that's because I'm on Microsoft 365?
