Solved "IT Helper" Got Into Friend's Computer

Thanks so much for your help. The computer seems to be working very well now for an older, slower, laptop.

Got the updates made that you specified. Had a bit of a problem running DelFix. I couldn't check the boxes and it started running on it's own. I was trying to use Team Viewer to do all this and ran into some problems with disconnects and slow/stalled computer so I waited until today so I could sit at the laptop and work. Not sure I will try this again via TeamViewer.

In any event, we got the Windows Updates and browser scans taken care of. I left a list of instructions to run the tools occasionally. Thanks to you, all appears to be well now.
