Resolved Questions on new install

I got my system up and running with the new Win 10 install. All is good, but I'm trying to do a little tweaking. On my desktop, is there a way to make the icons a bit bigger - I know what they are, but no one else would. Also the text underneath the icons is about a six 6 or 8. I have to crawl into the screen to be able to read it with my bi-focals.
Either one of these adjustments might also adjust the text on my menu bar at the top - this text is also about size 8. I know what and where the stuff is, but just thinking appearance.
I have gone thru all the setting I can find, but I may have missed this one.

 

In W10, Start > Settings > System > Display > change the size of text and others. Should do the trick.

 

Not exactly what I was looking for but I can live with it. I just want the window text bigger, not the whole screen. During the Win install, I think I saw an option to adjust the text with affecting anything else, but I can find it now. I'll mark this resolved. Thanks guys
