    Good afternoon all,
Just moved home and all was working perfectly a week ago. Have changed providers and now cannot access the internet. Windows Network Diagnostics says that the DNS server is not responding. Windows 8.1
    Any help much appreciated.
    Tony

Did you set up your new ISP with your computer? Probably still looking for the old one.

Hi BritishTonyLost, Welcome to WindowsBBS. :)
Have you contacted your 'new providers' to seek help? They should be able to walk you through the process.

I am like rsinfo and would like to know what you did to fix it? You ask a question and we give you answers and then you mark it as resolved.
