Not sure if this is the correct section for this but the problem I am having is that when I click the Chrome desktop icon on my pc, the page which is set to Google as the homepage pops up off centre on my desktop and part of the page is off screen I then have to drag it to centre it on my pc, it does this whether I close it with the page set to full size or with the page set to a reduced size,
I also use IE11 and I do not get this problem with IE
    any help would be welcome

Hold the CTRL Key down while you are dragging it and hold the CTRL key and close the window. Reopen it and all should be well.
