my couins is running windows xp and recently installed a burner. it all worked fine. he said rebooting the comp was fine too but today, when he turned on the comp, he got a blue screen saying unbootable mounted device.

so he took out the burner but it still says the same thing.
    what can he/we do?

    thanks
