When I click on the Edge icon, the screen flashes the Edge page then return the normal picture. I've tried the sfc /scannow rourine to correct the problem but all get there are no errors. I've also tried deleting the Package directory MicrosoftEdge and rebuilding with Powershell Get -AppXPackage - AllUsers routine, but with no access success. All this is taking place in Window 10 PRO. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

I restarted after I deleted the MicrosoftEdge package and again after the -get routine finished. I've posted the problem to the Microsoft community.

How did you Delete Edge? It's a core part of the W10 OS and you have the option to use IE 11 instead. Your best bet would be a fresh install of W10 Pro.

My upgrade from W7 Pro to W10 Pro took about an hour and a half! Works quicker with SSD's. Cumulative updates around 10 to 12 minutes from go to whoa.
