   Hi, guys. We have an extra laptop here with windows 10. But we want to downgrade to windows 8.1. I'm just wondering if it is possible to do that if the default OS is 10.

   Hi felicityblue. Unless you have access to a Windows 8.1 product key you can't downgrade from Windows 10. Is there a reason why you are wanting to downgrade from Windows 10?
