Resolved Can't log into dte sight

I have a problem that's driving me crazy ! I can log into all the other sights I go to, but not DTE on just 1 of my 3 computers . I have tried just about everything I can think of ,cleared cookies ,history,disabled all addons ,created new profile . At first I thought there was something wrong with FF, but it happens on all browsers just on 1 of 3 computers so its not the sight . I have opened up internet properties in windows 10 and cleared history and cookies ,cache
Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated

 

Please explain what DTE is? Google gives so many sites that we will need to clarify which one you are referring to.

 

Its for my electricity bill https://dteenergy.com but I can log in with my computer, but my wife cant on her comp. Thx for the reply

Tried both! funny thing is, it let her reset password but it will not load our login home page! So this is what happens when I try to log into it on her computer after you type in user name and password hit enter or click on sign in, for a second it says connecting then it goes right back to the login page with no errors and user name and password are both empty. It does the exact same thing no matter what browser I try but if I use mine it works just fine Thx again for the help

 

Have you tried contacting them for help. Lots of places like this have pretty good IT people to help you.

 

I finally got it working! For some reason I had to turn off location services on windows 10 under privacy, Now who would of thought . thx everybody who gave me suggestions on how to fix this

 

I am assuming that all 3 PC's are running Win 10. If so, is it off on the other 2?

 

Well kinda! on mine its on, but I am only allowing certain apps to use it, I didn't check to see which apps on hers were using it, I just turned it off . I don't know why I tried it it was just one of those I seen it and figured it should be off, not related to the DTE webpage not allowing her to log in
